Ryan Heddleston - Owner/Broker |
Ryan Heddleston is a seasoned investment real estate broker and an experienced investor
in his own right. During the past six years as a licensed agent, he has helped numerous
investors acquire and liquidate investment property and has worked with large developers
to acquire land for residential development. He founded Portfolio Realty Group, LLC
because of the huge lack of experienced investor agents servicing properties from $50,000
to $5,000,000 in the DFW area. Portfolio Realty Group has been able to service hundreds
of clients that have relied on the investment experience and expertise of it's agents.
The founder of Deacon Real Estate Development in 2005, Ryan has been able to amass a
sizeable investment property portfolio that focuses on positive cash flow and equity
capitalization. He currently oversees the operation of 31 investment property units
valued at over $2,300,000. He has also undertaken numerous single and multifamily rehab
projects.
Before becoming a real estate investor/broker, Ryan was a successful corporate
salesperson in the logistics and technology integration industries. Ryan received his
Bachelors degree in Marketing (Cum Laude) from Texas Tech University. Ryan and his wife
Ashley live in the Northwest Dallas area.
Alexandra Nikolic Office Manager

Alexandra Nikolic is the newest team member of the Portfolio Realty Group. Alexandra
comes to us with over sixteen years experience in retail management, with a broad
range of operational talents and customer service skills.
As our Office Manager, Alexandra devotes her talents and energies to communicating
with clients and prospects. In addition to maintaining our vast client database,
she creates and distributes our monthly newsletters, as well as weekly "hot property"
e-mail notifications. Furthermore, Alexandra handles all aspects of the closing process:
f rom interfacing with title companies and lenders to coordinating appraisers and
service contractors.
Before joining our growing enterprise, Alexandra was a successful Sales Coordinator
for a $20M company in Dallas, where she supported thirty-one Sales Representatives.
Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of
Texas at Tyler. Her extensive travels have carried her to faraway destinations
such as Belgium, Honduras and Morocco. When she isn't devoting herself to
"uncompromising dedication to customer service and retention", she enjoys hiking,
solving Soduko puzzles and volunteering for mission trips and Habitat for Humanity.

Portfolio Realty Investment Property Group. You must meet the following
qualifications to be considered:
College degree in business or economics, MBA preferred
Successful and passionate real estate investor
People person, capable of working with diverse clients
Unwavering integrity, always putting the clients needs first
Strong computer skills, including experience with Excel, Word,
willingness to learn Publisher
Willing and able to become a licensed real estate agent, or already
licensed in the state of Texas
Significant past sales or marketing experience
